Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Geomyr application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Eligibility

Geomyr is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Geomyr for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You May:

• Download and install the app on your personal devices
• Use the app for educational and learning purposes
• Access content and features available within the app

You May Not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the app

Coin Purchases

Geomyr offers coins for purchase to access premium features and content. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.

Purchase Terms:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time
• Unused coins will remain in your account unless your account is deleted

User Conduct

You agree to use Geomyr responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Interfere with the app's functionality
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the coin system

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Geomyr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date geographical and historical information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content. The information provided is for educational purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Geomyr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Geomyr.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the app or its features
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
